Today we welcomed back our Kindergarten and Year 1 students after many months of remote learning. Greeted by banners and balloons, it was wonderful to see the smiling faces of the students as they came through the gates. Welcomed by Principal, Brother Nicholas Harsas, students had outstretched hands, ready for sanitising. Students were excited to reconnect with their friends and teachers and to get back into their classrooms.
Year 1 Teacher, Mrs Kathryn Mason, said “It was so wonderful to see the playground full of smiling children once again and to hear them laughing and playing together”.
Next week we look forward to welcoming back our students from Years 2 to 6.
