Our school provides opportunities for students, staff and parents to know and celebrate their Catholic faith. This is done through the religious life of our school. Members of our community experience a rich liturgical and prayer life, celebration of the Sacraments, faith formation, social outreach activities, and opportunities to share faith with each other and with youth from other schools in the Archdiocese.

The harmonious partnership between school, parish and community promotes the mission of education as a work of love and service within the ministry of the Church. The parish priest is a natural partner in our school mission, and our students, teachers and parents enjoy a positive relationship with him. To foster our sense of Catholic identity, we have an active and outward prayer life with daily communal prayers, including the praying of our school prayer each morning, the Angelus at midday and other class prayers. The students regularly have opportunities to celebrate liturgies and the sacraments of Eucharist and Reconciliation throughout the school year. Major feast days are celebrated with the wider parish community. The school feast day, around Pentecost Sunday, is a highlight on the school’s calendar.
